Here's one, how about pin a thread to the top of this where you check in once in a while and communicate that you've seen any of this, maybe tell us about plans to improve, maybe ask for clarification of what we want?

Nobody should expect you to get everything we want done, but it sure would be nice to know that we aren't wasting keystrokes here.
