If a Starting pitcher is entering the 9th with a no hitter let him pitch regardless of F setting or Fatigue until a hit is recorded. That has to be an easy change to make programming wise.
At the very least a pitcher should be considered F0 till he gives up a hit and then revert to the Pitchers prefs ratings after a hit is given up.

I think the same as you. If a player is having a no-hitter or perfect game, the coach will usually let them continue throwing, unless there is a risk of injury.
