Avoid LHB/RHB

Please allow BOTH avoid LHB and avoid RHB to be selected in the pitcher preferences section.
I like to check both options as a way to ensure a certain pitcher is not used at all during a series.
You can do it with the hitters, so why not with the pitchers too?

There's a clunky, manual way to accomplish this if the pitcher is a .50 starter/reliever who you never want to use in relief. You have to fill out the per game starters each night and list the .50 S/R as starting game 1 of tomorrow night's series. And, then each day you have to go into per game starters and list the starting pitchers you mean to have pitch that night's games and move the .50 S/R to game 1 of tomorrow night's series. It is a pain in the ass to remember and do every day, but, it works. He will never be used except maybe the very rare 19 inning game where you run out of pitchers.
