HELP! -> I can't change my account settings

User Control Panel -> Profile -> Edit Account Settings

I put my current password in and it is telling me it is the wrong password. I've signed in and out repeatedly with this password successfully. I don't have caps lock on. I went through the retrieve password process even though I was able to sign in. Signed in and out and in and out, again. Caps lock is not on. I can't change my account settings, it is telling me "the current password you entered is incorrect".
