Hey guys,
Thanks for the feedback regarding the new game log feature from last week. Right now there is a known bug we are currently fixing that will prevent some weird problems such as losing salary cap space, etc. When managers have multiple teams open in multiple tabs, they are technically logged into multiple teams at once which is where the problem is coming from. A fix should be deployed soon that will prevent problems that go along with this.
Now, the tournaments. The 2013 Players Championship ended Sunday night with mesquiton sweeping the championship series. Congratulations!! Congrats also go out to the runner up Terry101 for a fantastic tournament and finals league. You both will be contacted soon to get you your prizes. They both have won tickets to their favorite MLB team while mesquiton also wins a SOM Windows or board game...
The Mystery League is also wrapping up here. Just 6 games are left in the regular season and only Ducky has clinched a playoff spot and a chance at the tournament victory. ths92110 currently holds a 2 game lead in the Central while the East Division is led by cabobob with RangerJoe a game behind and the current wild card leader. Trailing only 2 games back of RangerJoe is LMBombers (also in the East Division) and will get a crack at RangerJoe tonight in the pivotal series of the season. Good luck to all those still fighting for a playoff spot there!
One things that has only come up a few times this week is unfortunately the Fair Play policy. This game is just that, a game, and is meant to be fun for all participants. However this can quickly be ruined by users exhibiting poor sportsmanship and those that fail to maintain a fun, competitive environment to play in. Please be reminded of the following Fair Play rules:
Tanking. You may not intentionally throw games, under any circumstances.
Salary dumping. You may not jettison talent from your team, hold a "fire sale", or otherwise make wholesale changes to your roster that reduces the overall salary value of your team.
Collusion. You may not conspire with another manager, by making trades or by changing your team settings when playing against that team, to achieve any sort of anti-competitive goal, e.g. to help a team win, or to gang up on another team.
Offensive language. You may not communicate with other managers in a manner that they could find offensive.
We will not tolerate any of this behavior and will remove users from their teams, without refund, if any of the above rules are violated.
