Garcia's Blog 4/10/14- Browser Problems

Hey guys,
Hope everyone is enjoying the start of baseball, the best weekend of golf, and a great end to the college basketball season.
Today I wanted to talk about some problems a few users have been experiencing. First, some users who were using old versions of Internet Explorer (IE 7, IE 8) were sometimes experiencing problems where certain buttons would not respond. This has been fixed so if you do run an older version of Internet Explorer you should no longer see those problems. If you do find other problems such as this please let us know.
We have also had a report of lineups not saving. This was on a tablet using Google Chrome and so far we have not been able to find any reason why that would be happening. If anyone else is seeing this please let us know so we can review it. As is always the case in these situations, the more information we have the better.
If you do see odd situations such as this, first make sure your browser is up-to-date. Those using old, unsupported browsers should look to upgrade to the latest version available. Next, try using another browser. If you are using Internet Explorer try Google Chrome. If you're using Chrome, try Firefox. If it works in one browser but not another it is most likely a browser related issue. Also check to see if you have any add-ons attached to your browser. Last year, we received a report that the add-on clean links 2.2.1. was causing log in problems for a user. If you have add-ons and are experiencing problems, try disabling them as they may be interfering with the website.
Lastly, if you do see something like please let us know! As I said earlier, the more information we have (especially if we have multiple reports) the easier it is for us to identify the problem and correct it.
