Endurance ratings for relief pitchers

Looking a relief pitchers card, does the number after the slash affect performance? In other words - does “relief (2/2” mean only effective for two outs? I am playing ATG9 All.

First number is his endurance rating. Second number is Closer Rating which is not used in ATG9.

The first 2 means he is good for 2 innings, not 2 outs
