Advanced Injury rule for Pitchers

I'm new to the advanced Injury rule. I'm in a daily league that hasn't started yet. I'm a little confused how injuries occur to a pitcher. I'm used to the pitcher only getting hurt when a 6-12 is rolled for the DH. I read the rules pertaining to the advanced Injury rule. But not sure I understand. If I have a pitcher with an injury rating of 6, what is the dice roll that will result in an injury?? The rules say 6 or 7. But what column? And can it happen during any batter?

I think the chart is saying column 6, number 7. And yes, any batter. It's quite brutal! But it's still a fun game... I love it, in spite of its little quirks.
