Random defensive substitutions

In the past couple of weeks HAL has been randomly subbing out for defense late in games. I have no defensive sub boxes checked for this and none of the players subbed for have the 'remove for D' box checked. Has happened in both ATG and in 2018 sets.

I even tried to have the STARTER marked as the defensive sub. He still got swapped out.

Anyone else?

I have seen this also. It seems to be a fairly recent development; it happens a lot more than it should (should = never).
