Backup Catcher

I have Don Padgett as my primary catcher as well as a back up at DH and 1st base. I have appointed Jack Clements as my backup at catcher with Benji Molina as a defensive replacement, but Molina gets inserted into the starting lineup when Padgett is moved to another position or gets injured. Why is Clements not getting inserted into the starting position?

When a player is injured, HAL inserts whomever he wants as a replacement; he does not look at the lineups/replacements you have set up. However, he should follow your wishes at the start of a new game. If not, you might have to ask support what is going on.
