Calculate starting pitching fatigue?

This is really interesting. I am not sure if the numbers you came up with are based on experience or some sort of analysis, but out of curiosity I adjusted my starters by those factors as a best guess. At F3, none of the starters are as good as my best bullpen guy, but Lapalme is still quite a bit better than Frankhouse even when using those F3 numbers. So, I think I am going to try putting all starters at F4, and I am going to put Lapalme at F1.

Bullpen coding is still one of my weaknesses. Anyone have an idea how HAL will behave when F settings are all at F4, but I have Lapalme as setup, middle and mopup? I want to make sure that he is the first one coming in during every situation.
