I'm in a league w/ free agent penalty of 5/10/20% thru-out the season.
What are the cutoffs (Game #) for each level?

Up to 41 is 5%, then up to 80 is 10%, and rest of season is 20%. You can look under info/help and then select rules.

Question - the 80th game is the 2nd game of the 3-game series. Does that mean the 20% after the 81st game? Sonner? Or later?

20% (default for all sets except for all Mystery Player Sets)
10%
Variable - games 1-41: 5%, games 42-80: 10%, games 81+: 20%

Based on the rules SOM published, I would expect a drop made before posting the scores for games 79-80-81 to experience a 10% penalty. After the results for those games become "official," it is 20%.

Makes sense.

The cutoff after game 41 (5%) and game 80(10%) might as well be re-stated as "game 39" and "game 78" unless you've mastered the exceptional skill of dropping a player while your three-game series is being played.
