Here's an example of a relief pitcher from the 2013 set, Otero, who pitched in three consecutive games with no fatigue (games 13-15). Am I right to assume because it was not as a closer the "can't pitch more than two games in a row without fatigue" rule doesn't apply?
I've never had that happen for me (that I've noticed anyway)---seems I'm incorrect. I assumed the rules followed from the CD rom versions, but the are a lot of unknown nuances and changes in the online game.
I've only played online for about 18 months, but I've played the computer games since the early DOS versions. You could create cards in the Computer versions, and there is a check mark switch when creating the card that is "can pitch when tired"---this was for pitchers like Mike Marshall in 1973 who had 208 innings in relief. I am just guessing that there are a bunch of these type cards in ATG play maybe even starters with 400 IP, but the online logic is still an enigma to me in some areas.
