As far as F ratings--set them to F8, quick hook to get them out as soon as they start to tire---look in the play by play--at the end of the line on each at bat it will tell you what fatigue level the pitcher is at after the at bat is over.
I think (but not positive--so someone who knows for sure please reply) if you apply an f rating, the max 6 or 7 IP is going to be over-ridden by the F-rating, so leave the F rating blank if you want to apply the remove after 6 or 7 innings--I do this often if I have a really good setup guy.
