I guess I need help in reading cards with # home run symbols. One result will say # 10.HOME RUN. Another will say # 10.fly rf b. Do they both mean the same thing in that they go to the ratings of the park you are playing in? The card that says Home Run is not really a home run if it always goes to the parks rating? I am probably making this more confusing than it should be. Thanks for you help

No, excellent question and very important to understanding SOM Online. Yes, both mean the same thing -the ball park home run rating applies. The key difference is the #10. fly rf b. increases the HR chance by any BP HR rating greater than 0, while the #10 HOME RUN loses HR potential for any BP rating less than 1-20. Hope this makes sense.

What Scumby says above is correct. However, I recommend you stop reading beyond the word applies!

Coyote is correct. A # result refers to the ballpark dimensions only. Any other result also listed on that dice roll (homer 1-8, flyball b or whatever) mean nothing. They are only there if you are not playing the super advanced version of this game. This online game always uses the super advanced rules.

Same as the > result. This is a ballpark single chance and this over rides whatever else is listed on that dice roll.
