I want to apoligise to everyone I offended typing in capital letters as I did not know it meant I was screaming
I also am sorry for calling those rude for just giving me advice to what it meant.
I should have just said that I have trouble typing with two hands and type capital letters because I have multiple sclerosis.
I will try to type normally but if I forget I am sorry.

If I could make a suggestion. In the future if it is a problem using the shift key to capitalize just the first word in a sentence just type everything lower case. You will get the occasional person who will be obnoxious and complain about that but probably will not get the emotional reaction that all caps "screaming" can get.

Another option is to use a software tool to handle the details. For example some word processing programs can be configured to alter what you type and provide proper capitalization as you type. Wordperfect for example can be configured to capitalize the first letter after a period. Then you can just copy paste from the word processor to the forum.
