Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

Very new at this and want to try something other than a neutral ballpark this time. I have started building an ATG $80M team for Memorial Stadium '70 which is 17-5-12-12. I believe I have a handle on what I need for hitting. I am at a bit of a loss for a pitching staff. My thoughts were SPs in the $3-5Mil range. I believe I need a few LH starters that are stingy with ballpark singles. I don't want to employ the super reliever strategy this time but I will have a strong pen so I can keep the SP budget reasonably low. Any advise appreciated. I am using Diamonddope but not really certain what I need to be analyzing on the pitching side for my ballpark.
