Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

In a theme league I have 3 defensive replacements. One is a very weak hitter the other two are good hitters. I have listed the poor hitter first I have listed him last. Either way he always gets the 1st at bat coming up, usually the only at bat. he is a catcher and he will replace the 1st basemen in the order or the right fielder in the order anything to grab that at bat. How can I prevent this from happening.
