May you please help me understanding what means figures in front and just after players name ? Thanks

And can you confirm that F9 is the Pitcher fatigue after the player is out?

TOP OF INNING 1
0 D.Jeter 1 Fly Out b-0 F9
1 B.Williams 5 Ground Out b-0 F9
2 J.Bagwell 5 Walk b-1 F9
Stolen Base 1-2 F9
2 2 C.Jones 4 Ground Out b-0 F9

Number in front is number of outs. Number after name should be the column on the pitcher or hitters card.

Thank you.

So when we have "2 2" before C.Young name (last line) it means that there are 2 Outs and 1 guy on 2nd.

Regarding the column right after player name I can see some cases where a 7 is mentioned. So, not sure if it is the column where we read the result of the play.

What you've posted doesn't look like what I see; usually the number after is like 1-7, or 4-12

Not sure we are talking about the same kind of figure.

Below is another example

0 J.Giambi 1 HBP b-1 F9

When I look all my play by play, the underlined bold figure is between 0 and 7.

I do not understand what this figure means.

You must be playing with a mystery set, Andy doesn't play those :)

The number you're referring to is the pitch count. What Andy's referring to is the card roll, which isn't exposed when playing with the mystery sets.
