I've contacted SOM a few times about threads like these that needed to be deleted. They do so right away but it seems someone should be checking the threads occasionally. Let's see how long the Russian threads stick around without SOM being notified.

I have prepared a memo on the subject of this type thread, but with all the redactions that SOM will need to make, it is unlikely to be released prior to the next Garcia Blog, sometime in June, 2019.
