In pre Game instructions...If I put a check mark in do not steal...does that mean my opponent (through HAL)...will not hold him on?

My assumption is that because your opponent theoretically does not know your strategy Speaker will still be held on.

I think with the * rating, runners are automatically held on 1st base in online strat, but not positive.
