SAC vs. SB

I have a SB team... trying for all the SBs I can. Wondering: does HAL sac before he tries for a SB or SB First? Assuming sac and sb settings are the same in strategy and hitter preferences?
I obviously have a lot of A bunters but have them set to "do not bunt" so it will give my guy a chance to steal. Wondering if that is the way it works? Any help is appreciated!

I'm not sure about your sac/sb question but here is a very thorough breakdown of what HAL does as far as stealing goes.
