SP RP Pitcher Question

I have Chirinos, Y - SP6/R5.

What happens if he is used in the 3rd game of the prior series as a middle man RP, but then I list him as a SP the next series in Game 4? Will the software prevent him from pitching as an SP, does he go into the start with fatigue or no impact?
