Questions on platoon PH and SB settings

Two different questions:

1. I have a team that is platoon heavy, and have the platoon PH option set. Do people use this? Will HAL pinch hit appropriately if it is not set up? There seems to be an increase in use of RH and LH relief specialists. Would be interested to hear people’s thoughts.

2. How can I set up my SB setting so I am super aggressive stealing second, but super conservative stealing 3B and home? HAL is driving me insane with the amount of needless out he is running me into by attempting to steal 3rd and home.

1. I'm sure HAL will try, but give him the idea by using the setting.

2. You can't.
