I am the commissioner of a new 1969 league. I already have my 6 teams, but want to raise the budget. How do I do it?

From the League page, if you click on "Edit your league settings", you will see that raising the salary cap is not an option. You can try asking SOM to do it for you:

You can also individually modify each team's cap from the team page under commissioner tools with cash adjustments.
