Strat-O-Matic Baseball 365

I am a long time Strat-o-matic board player. Basic play only. I see once in awhile on youtube of tourneys going on all over the country. Can someone fill me in on if those tourneys are Basic play or advanced play?

Does anyone know if there are fees involved or prize money? Is there a site online that posts dates and locations of future tourneys? I dont know many details on how it all works, so if anyone has gone to one or knows any info on them let me know.

I wonder if I would have any luck posting on the strat site here to see if anyone would be interested lets say in a summertime tourney. Just a thought. Possible at least 12 players?

Jack, I would be surprised if any SOM tournaments play anything except super-advanced rules.

However, I'm not familiar with in-person tournaments. So, I hope I am wrong and there is a basic tournament out there waiting for you!
