Do the probabilities of numbers rolled match dice rolls? Or are the virtual “rolls” just based on randomization. For example,
The odds of rolling a 7 with 2 six-sided dice is 16.6667%. But in a randomized draw I would assume the odds of getting a 7 would be around 8.333%.

It's based on a dice roll, so 16.6667 is correct.
