My 60's team is below .500 but for one game and series Harmon Killebrew was on fire. In the first game, he went 5 for 5 with 4 homers, a double, a walk, 6 runs and 10 rbi's. For the series, he was 10 for 14 with 2 doubles, 6 homers, 9 runs and 15 rbi's.
My 60's team has been a morbid grotesquerie, but Jim Kaat had a very impressive stretch. He threw 37 1/3 scoreless innings, which began in order with a complete game with no earned runs, 6.2 innings of scoreless ball, two consecutive shutouts, and another game with 6.2 innings of scoreless ball. Like the rest of my team, Kitty has plummeted back to earth, but he was fun to watch for awhile.
