Fillers needed/Closer may begin closing leagues when full

Closer may begin closing leagues when full (i.e. when they have 11 valid entries plus the closer to finish the league).

Please note that I have reassigned players from league 10 into other leagues. If you see an unexpected entry, check the post that I made on these boards for the league reassignments.

Please note that we will reassess the need for fillers as we move through this process. Please do **not** enter leagues as fillers yet. Instead please post here on this thread, and await further instructions.

Leagues 3 and 7 can close.
