Hi all, it's that time of year again, truly the most wonderful and magical time of the year. Christmas? No - bah humbug! I'm talking about planning the annual Mystery Tournament!

Several of you have reached out to me asking if I'm going to be the commissioner of the tournament this year. My answer is this - I am willing to do it, but I don't necessarily want or need to do it. I'll do it for the same reason I jumped in last year - I LOVE this tournament and I want it to happen, and I want it to be run smoothly and without incident. Having said that, if there is anyone that wants to take over, please step forward and take it on. Myself and other ex-commissioners are here to help if you want to do it.

Let's use this thread to publicly discuss who will fulfill the role, but let's decide on a commissioner by Dec 20th - one week from today. Do not use this thread as a means to signup to participate in the tournament - I'll create a separate thread for that.

Based on the crickets chirping here, I guess I am the commissioner for the 2020 tournament. GBrookes has offered to help me out as vice-commish.

Signups are going well so far. I hoping we can get enough for 10-12 leagues per round, and I think we'll get there. I have gotten Strat to put an add for signups on the main 365 page, and I've been spamming people with messages encouraging them to sign up. I've reached out to hundreds of players. I should work for sales for strat! Four more weeks for signups - encourage your contacts and the participants in your active leagues to sign up.

Stay posted to the Discussion Forum in about a month when 60s league assignments are posted. League passwords will be sent out via private messages.
