Plan for missing players / open spots
Posted: Sat Jan 25, 2020 12:21 pmAs soon as we get all closers joined in their leagues and I know their spot is safe, I’m going to start giving spots to waiting lists replacements right away. My goal is to get 144 full tournament participants so that we can avoid fillers if possible. So preference is being given to the waiting list people who signed up late but want to do the full tournament vs. the one time fillers.
If people we can’t track down come and check in after we’ve given their spot away I’ll try and place them in another league, but it’s their fault if they miss out because they didn’t check in. I’ve got to make some decisions on this even if I piss people off. That’s why they pay me the big bucks as Commish! LOL!
I’m going to start with League 6 who has 2 missing people. Be patient everyone, we’ll get you closed and drafted soon.
