This year's two best players met in the World Series and it was gritch in 7. gritch had a choice of pitchers and went with his lefty starters. Sid Fernandez (1992) refused to get off the mound; he went 2-0 in the World Series with 21 strikeouts in 18 innings. Congratulations gritch!!

Since bursting onto the SOM MC scene a couple of years ago it was clear that you had a formidable talent for and understanding of this great game.
