Is the DH rule being used for the 70s or not?

The website link shows the DH for the 70s, but you message regarding the 2025 tournament said there would be no DH for the 70s.

We are NOT using the DH for the 70s.

When they created the page for us, they forgot to change it, but I am sending a note to support to make it right.
