League is run by mysapo45. He will be getting full commish power including all cash, rosters and stadium. He will fix everything himself if someone doesn`t follow rules of league..

Description:
Start season with only your chosen franchise players. Use your franchise ballpark. I chose NYM and drafting only Mets and using Citi Field.
During season a total of 6 FA's will be allowed starting with 1 after game 21, a 2nd after game 42, 3rd after 63, 4th after 84, 5th after 105 and 6th after 126. FA draft in reverse order by 1) Win Pct, 2) GB, & 3) Run Differential. Draft order will immediately be set after game 21 and so forth. Will accept proxy for your pick. SOM already gave me control to manage rosters for this league. I will monitor/assist on each of the 6 FA draft days.
FA draft commences at midnight EST with 1 hour time limits. Top picks can start before midnight but first one hour time limit will be on first pick due at midnight. Such allows all picks to be completed for roster adjustment next series. No one loses a FA pick, if late and dropped a place immediately pick once online. Allowed to change FA picks same as any roster move with franchise players. Your franchise players or traded for franchise players cannot be chosen as a FA. FA players are chosen from the 18 remaining non franchise selected teams.
