Inbox in League? I have checked the 365, Daily and ILC threads and see nothing about a 24 team franchise league. I even tried filling a Tampa roster to see if a league has been formed.

Where do I find this league inbox? I have a team ready to go I just need to find the rules and where we are drafting our FA's
