Okay--
So I clicked on the 'whos hot' in our league-- thats all the batters that are KILLING it in MLB--
meaning the TOP batters, no not the almost top, THE TOP BATTERS in MLB--
EVERY SINGLE ONE OF EM IS HITTING BELOW .280 IN LEAGUE PLAY, MINUS AN INJURED GUY-- MANY HITTING MENDOZA LINE OR BELOW.
WHAT GIVES????
IS IT UNREASONABLE TO ASK FOR AN EXPLANATION???

My understanding is that the cards will be based at least to some degree on last year's stats or at least part of them and the stats to date plus their projection of stats going forward.

As such, there will not be a correlation between stats and cards, especially early in the season. Later in the season as it becomes more about what has already happened this season, the correlation should get stronger.

The game in my mind is a nice idea in theory but ultimately not something that works in application. Too many uncertainties among other flaws.

Except a card like Ryan Dull blows that out of the water.

Upon further review my understanding was wrong.

See, here's the thing--
Its the inconsistencies between how each card changes thats not making ANY sense.
Also, specifically, the guys that are 'hot' in MLB are supposed to have that reflected on their cards--
thats what the DAILY GAME is supposed to be all about--
Reflecting whats going on in MLB. OR clearly I dont understand the premise of having your cards connected to the players performance in MLB.

Who are the guys who are "hot"? Is it based on stats to date, the last week, the last day?
