league rules

For example, there is a 6 team league open now that has each manager drafting from one division, but doesn't
specify beyond that. There is a frenzy, which suggests that anyone not drafted is wide open, but the league sounds like you would be restricted to teams in your own division, which is logical. I would join if the rules are clear.
My main suggestion is that anyone creating a league with specific rules should include his email in the description to clarify any questions prior to people entering.
