Apparently when a west coast game goes into extra innings those teams' cards are just ignored as if nothing happened and no one played that day....despite the website claiming that all cards have been updated. So if you are in round 1 of the tourney and game 142 is looming, hope you don't need that extra little evaluation of a Blue Jays or Mariners player.

Good catch, I missed that! I don't know if this is just a one-time glitch or what, but they sure picked a bad time for it.

Is there a specific time the card updates are usually posted?

9 a.m. sharp, almost always. And any player who debuted the day before will become available at noon.

Is the 3 injury rating made up of 6 on one side and 0 on the other a Daily game glitch or is it used in other sets?

A Daily Game glitch, I'm 99% sure. I've never seen it anywhere else.
