With the mlb season coming to an end shortly, do the player cards on on my roster or free agent cards in the daily leagues remain unchanged and stay as they are after game 162.

Yes, they'll be "locked in" as of Thursday. The cards might still get regenerated every morning, I can't remember for sure... But they barely change, if at all, since MLB stats won't change after Wednesday.
