He's listed as a 1, but he's actually a 0. It's a glitch that's been around for years. (Not sure what causes it.)

Seriously? You mean he's actually a 6, right??

Nope, look at his card. Zero injury chances.

Excuse me if I'm being dense, but...this is Strat Daily. The cards can be changed. A couple weeks ago Buxton was not an INJ 6 and now he is. You're telling that in a game where the entire premise is that the cards change (daily, even!) that one guy's card can never change the injury and he's now immortal??

I know, it makes no sense. Even if the computer makes a mistake, you'd think a human employee could go in and change it manually. But, here we are.
It kinda started with Acuna in 2021... he never played past July, he was on the real-life IL... but the computer gave him zero injury chances instead of six, and it stayed that way all year. So if you were lucky enough to have him late in the year, you were like, this is a pretty cool glitch, I like it! He had a great card and he was indestructible. But obviously it was a problem. Someone contacted Strat, and they said there was nothing they could do, except hopefully fix it in the future. But that was three years ago, and it still happens from time to time. I don't quite understand it myself.

Lowe's card changed too. He was the INJ 3 (one side 6 roll) then became a full INJ 6

Another glitch! That one is actually pretty common. I've seen guys go from 3 to 6, then back to 3 again. It's bizarre.

I think I remember from the Acuna case that the glitch is caused when players get put directly on the 60-day IL, as opposed to starting on the 10-day list. Not sure if that's what happened with Trout. You'd still think there's a way to manually fix these cases though.

Oh yeah, I remember that! And Trout is only on the 10-day IL, so it's even more confusing. But yeah, I don't understand why they can't just fix the card.
