1. 1998 Brad Ausmus Houston C 1(-2)e3 7*/-(17-6) Bal- E .713 ops 18 year career, 10 with the Astros. NO CARD. Would be Houston's best defensive catcher. Definitely deserves a card.

https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/33051/1980/4/1980
6. 1956 Ed Bailey CIN C. This is his best year at 936 OPS, absolutely crushed right hand pitching. Tied for 2nd best NL OPS with minimum 440 plate appearances.
7. 1966 Sam McDowell LSP Cleve - 2.87 ERA, 6 H/9, 10.4 K/9. 3 hit chances L, 4 hit chances R. Great 5 day starter addition
8. 1974 Jim Wynn LA Dodgers CF / WAR - 6.9, AVE - 271, OB 393, SLG 497, OPS - 890, HR - 32, RBI - 108, BB - 108
9. 1960 Jim Bunning RSP Detroit 252IP 2.79 ERA 1.15 WHIP 64 BB 20 HR Allowed. LED AL in K's 201, Ratio 3.14, K/9IP 7.2, and Pitcher WAR 6.6. All this despite having a 11-14 W/L record in 34 GS & 36 GP. Spent 9 years with the Tigers, and 6 with Phil(2 of which were hanger ons). Would be nice to have a Bunning card for the Tigers and an overall improvement to Detroit Pitching!
10. 2022 Andres Gimenez CLE 2B (1e12)/SS (2e18) bats-L (2L) .297/.371/.466, 17 hr, 20 sb, 141 ops+, 7.4 bWAR, led league in hbp (25), 6th in MVP voting, gold glove, no card https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/95006/2022/1/2022
11. 1931 Frankie Frisch. The first BBWAA NL MVP. A better cardinals card than his existing 34
12. 2021 Colin McHugh great Middle Relief RPO. R2, -5 Hold, 5L so effective against LHB's, low balk/WP's. 0 errors and best of all No HR chances on his card. shouldn't be too expensive to fill the Middle/tied and late role.
13. 1968 Gaylord Perry SF Giants RHSP-9* (16 W, 2.45 ERA, 1.029 WHIP, only 10 HR in 291 IP). Perry’s first 10 years were spent with the Giants, but his only Giants’ card is his unusable rookie season. He needs a better card from his years with the Giants, and in 1968 he had his best ERA and WHIP with San Fran. https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/39443/1660/1/60
14. 1994 Rafael Palmeiro L 4L 926 OPS 1b3e6 https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/2729/1690/1/90

Career highs in games started, IP, W & shutouts. 2nd career bests as SP in WAR, ERA, WHIP, H9, BB9. Cy Young runner up. Started more games (49) and had more IP (376.2) than ANY pitcher in the 105 years of the modern baseball era (post 1919). With 49 starts, in 1972 SOM changed its rules to allow Wood just 2 days rest between starts! https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/743163/1670/1/70
17. 1962 Ernie Banks - First year at 1B, every card of Ernie is at SS (or 3B), he spent half his career at 1B and should have a 1B card. 37 HR's and .809 OPS (his highest after making the move to first). https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/30476/1660/1/60
18. 1909 Three Finger Brown CHC SP
19. 1930 Babe Ruth NYY 49 hrs 136 bbs .349 BA .493 OBP
20. 1958 Sandy Koufax BKN/LA 11-11 WL mortal ERA (any year where he could relieve would be cool)
21. 2000 Benny Agbayani NYM OF (No Card) - .289 BA .391 OBP. A Mets fan favorite on the '99 and 2000 NL Championship team (Benny & the Mets!). 1st player to hit a grand slam in a regular season game in Japan, hit the game winning Home Run in the 13th inning of game 3 in the NLDS, and drove in the winning run in the only game the Mets won v. the Yankees in the World Series.
22. 2013 Jayson Werth WAS .318 BA .398 OBP .532 SLG, 25 HR (most as a Nat). Only 1 ATG card and he is with PHI. No cards with WAS. Arguably he was the key signing that led to the Nats success last decade. Vs LHP 1.092 OPS with a respectable .884 OPS vs RHP https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/1219/2013/1/2013
23. 1974 Willie Stargell, Pirates, LHB, LF 3(-4 )e11 1B 4e15 .301 25 96 .407 .537 Career bests in BB & OBP. Near career bests in H, 2B, BA, OPS & OPS+. Led NL in OPS and OPS+. Can play full time, as it is the only Stargell card that hits lefties as well as righties. 1974 was the last year that Stargell was a 3 in LF. Being rated at first base is a nice bonus.
24. 1968 Mike Shannon SLN - Although Shannon is represented by the 1964 season, his '68 season is better (3.6 WAR, and OPS+ of 113 in the year of the pitcher). In addition, he plays 3B this season, as opposed to the OF in the '64 season. https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/40905/1660/1/60
25. 2002 Pedro Martinez BOS, 20-4, 2.26 ERA, 0.92 WHIP, 239 K, 2nd in Cy Young voting, hope "maybe" he gets a *? https://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/3669/1700/1/120
