He hit the very first HR in a Major League regular season game in Canada and was a major part of making baseball in Montreal a success. 10-year veteran currently has no ATG card, and deserves one badly.

Wow, Mack Jones was a really good player, we don't hear enough about him. 120 OPS+ lifetime, and he endured the travails of black ballplayers coming up in the 1960s and playing minor leagues in the South, not easy, to say the least. Only 9HR allowed. WW2 vet who survived a torpedo sinking in which he sustained a fractured skull and crushed kneecap. Made the bigs at age 27. Beat the Red Sox in a 1-game playoff to get his team into the series. Pitched a shutout in Game 3, then saved the clincher. This season was his only shining moment, but it still gleams today.
