The difference is that many of us care about the name on the card, regardless of the cards uniqueness. So, while Carlos Pena may be just another HR-hitting LH 1b to you, he is a meaningful player addition to me, that I will definitely use on my teams.
Another difference is that I acknowledge there are other players who play this game differently than I do and just want expensive cards that they can use at 200m and up, and who could care less about the name on the card.
I hope you get your 25 stud player add this round. How about some additional ideas for stud players beyond Robinson Cano?[/quote]
1. You are now incorrectly pivoting on your argument-- the point is not players we like or not, its whose cards are going to get used. You can nominate 100 Bob Uekers for example-- what good is it if hes hardly used???
2. I didnt realize this was some bizarre contest of acknowledgement, also this is completely persumptive and wrong. 3. There have already been plenty of stud players mentioned by various people on these threads which Ive pointed out repeatedly.
PS-- will you still be spending 7 mil on Carlos Pena when it finally dawns on you that hes gonna hit sub .200 most of the time?
