1971 Rojas looks like it would be an interesting card ... 300 / 357 / 406 slash line and only 5 errors all season.

Is it true that once a card is nominated and it doesn't reach a certain threshold of votes the card can never be nominated again?

How many cards are they adding in a typical year?I

Why can they only add a handful of cards at a time?
