I'd encourage the ambassadors to point out the holes of each franchise to help focus the debates.

Two possible additions for the Marlins:

1/ Jose Fernandez. 2013 season. This seems like an appropriate way for us to mark his passing. His glorious rookie season (ROY, third in Cy Young voting, era+ 176, .979 WHIP, 5.8 h/9inn). An S6 (no *), just take a look at the card http://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/91860/2013/1/2013

2/ Justin Ruggiano. 2012 season. All three outfield positions (2 in the corners, 3 in center), ops+ 142, decent power, good ob (.374). Would be a nice addition for lower caps and platoons (5L) as well. http://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/1406/2012/1/2012

Andy has promoted
Luis Castillo 2B 2003 and Derek Lee 1B 2003 but I need these ranked in case we have to stick to the 1 P 1 B.

From a pitcher standpoint I think Jose Fernandez 2013 would be a good option.

Final thoughts?

Castillo over Lee because of the position scarcity angle then
