1926 Bibb Falk - great OF for 20s White Sox and no card in ATG

1993 Lance Johnson - more representative card

2006 Paul Konerko - needs to be in ATG

2005 AJ Pierzynski - White Sox Exp Catcher options stink. This would help some

1993 Alex Fernandez

1993 Wilson Alvarez

1999 Ray Durham

I'd encourage the ambassadors to point out the holes of each franchise to help focus the debates.

White Sox fans should be disappointed in the White Sox representation in SOM. We could spend a whole card addition on this franchise.
White Sox POST & EXP needs
EXP--SPs are terrible other than Wood--93 Fernandez & Alvarez, 2001 Mark Buehrle
EXP--not any usable RPs to make a bullpen---90 Thigpen, 2009 Matt Thornton, maybe a Radinsky card?
EXP--Catchers are not usable---2005 AJ Pierzynski needed badly, 1991 Ron Karkovice wold be nice as well
EXP--No usable 2b--even a 1999 Ray Durham as a 3 is better than using .54 Jorge Orta
EXP-Needs improvement at SS
EXP--No usable CF---improve Lance Johnson to his 1993 card AND 1979 Chet Lemon (he wasn't just a Tiger)
EXP--needs HITTERS in general, add the 2006 Konerko and the 2004 Carlos Lee
POST-not near as bad as the EXP squad, could use a 1b, maybe the 1960 Roy Sievers would fill that need

White Sox PRE needs
Like most Pre teams, RP needed
Need 2b--Any of Bill Hunnefeld's 1926, 27 or 28 cards have him a 2 at 2b? But probably best solved with 1924 Eddie Collins
Bad in LF--Add the 1926 Bibb Falk card
Weak in CF, Johnny Mostil 1926 card, he finished #2 in MVP vote, batted .328

Chris Sale 2014 - Goes as far as any White Sox pitcher adding stud potential. It's an actual question as to if this card is too big of a boon to 5 man staffs so that perhaps not only solves White Sox Franchise holes, but oddly enought the massive set as a whole. In the spirit of Pedro, the Condor at his 5man best would be avalid representation for one of the game's best pitchers. If newbies are eligible, Sale in his 7th season deserves a card.

Paul Konerko 2004-2006 - Over the years and i've split hairs over which season: '06, the best and least representative, '05 the most historic but perhaps malaise. Whatever we get from Konerko, we shouldn't expect mucho crazy beyond an efficient price point among the 3-5 mil 1B sluggers, thats where Konerko's playability stands. Tough competition but kinda valid goal.

Bib Falk 1926 - got the support of the other half of nels52

Joe Crede 2006 - Maybe Ventura all over again.... i don't know about the franchise need here, but Crede was a favorite of mine who became pretty awesome late '05 to '06, beating out A-Rod for the silver slugger amidst an even better defensive season. Another low price point with intrigue. Cheaper, HR version of the new Kell with that super or at least 1 on defense. Ventura can't hit :)

Tadahito Iguchi 2005 - Possibly my favorite White Sox ever. Ozzie Guillen called him the MVP of the 05 champs. More of a sentimental thing unless the 2B proves to be a huge need. Durham seems worthy too. Perhaps the even boom year '04 Uribe where he played some 2nd for us?

Rp ----- Gotta be plenty no? '04 Shingo Takatsu if you want really brutally 1 year. Jesse Crain...... Bobby Jenks! Dustin Hermanson '05 although he was usurped by Jenks, great regular season.

Pierzynski is deserving with the zillions of games. '06 is probably even better which might be needed. Why not Fisk with the White Sox. His career high in homers came with us as an old man. Interesting card I'd assume HR v OBP.
