I'd encourage the ambassadors to point out the holes of each franchise to help focus the debates.

Joe Carter's current card is hardly usable.

Blue Jays EXP needs
Maybe better 3b option?
Better CF options---either improve Moseby(1983) or maybe the 03 Vernon Wells
Get a decent Joe Carter and get Pat Hentgen into the game

A mix one all-time great players, one-hit-wonders, and steady players with significant stays.
Greatest needs: C, 3B, relievers, lefty relievers. General improvements in depth, and variety available everywhere. More High end, more middle-range, and more low-cost options for all cap-ranges.

1)The Jays are HORRIBLY weak at C.
There have been a number of seasons that could be added that would be an improvement and there is a NEED for an acceptable platoon bat with all the Lefty hitting catchers
L Greg Myers 2003 (already mentioned)
L Ernie Whitt 1987 then 1989
L Darrin Fletcher 2000, then 1999
R Pat Borders 1990
R Dionner Navarro 2014 or 2015
R JP Arencibia 2011, 2012 in order for platoon option
R Buck Martinez 1982
R John Buck 2010
R Rod Barajas 2009
S Gregg Zaun 2006

2) Bad 3B options
R Josh Donaldson 2015 - He's an MVP, pretty easy selection for ATG.
R Kelly Gruber 1990
S Tony Fernandez 1998/1999
R Tony Batista 2000 or 1999 SS option with POWER
L Rance Mulliniks 1987 or DH/3b 1988

OF others have requested (and my requests, including non-George Bell options for LF)
S Devon White CF 1991
L Lloyd Moseby CF 1983, then 1987
R Joe Carter RF 1991 - best Jay's year.
R Jose Bautista RF 2011
R Kevin Pillar CF 2015 (or 2016 if it holds up) for cheap, great defense.
R Shannon Stewart LF 1999-2002 any season, but 2000 being top choice
S Melky Cabrera LF 2014
R Vernon Wells CF 2003 or 2006
R Alexis Rios RF/CF 2006-2008 any season
S Jose Cruz CF/LF 2001
R Reed Johnson LF/OF 2006 fan favorite hustle guy
L Frank Catalanotto LF/RF 2003, 2005, 2006
S Otis Nixon CF 1996/1997
R Candy Maldonado LF (RF) 1992
L Rick Leach LF/RF 1986
S Dave Collins LF 1984
R Barry Bonnell LF (OF, 3B) 1983
R Barfield 86
L Al Woods LF 1980

Bad Relief options. For team with so many great relievers in its history, it's pretty embarrassing. Not even the better seasons by the great players.
R Tom Henke 1987 and 1989
R Dwayne Ward 1991 and 1993
R Eichorn 1986 one of the greatest relief seasons ever.
R Osuna 2015 or 2016 if it holds up would be great additions
R Sanchez 2014 or 2015 (a different long-relief/swing-man option to cerutti)
R Casey Janssen 2011-2013 any seasons
R Jason Frasor 2009
R Kelvim Escobar 2001, 1998 swingman
R Paul Quantrill 1997, 1998
R Mike Timlin 1991, 1996, 1995
R Dennis Lamp 1985
R Joey McLaughlin 1982, then 1981
R Victor Cruz 1978
R Roy Lee Jackson 1982

No lefty specialist or good Lhp in pen.
L David Wells 1989 (good all-around but reverse platoon) 1990 - a better swing-man option to Cerutti
L Brett Cecil 2015 , 2013 in order lefty killer
L Aaron Loup 2014, 2013, 2012 in order lefty killer
L Scott Downs 2008, 2010, 2007, 2009 Franchise stalwart for 6 seasons and top reliever when he switched to the pen.
L BJ Ryan 2006 already mentioned, even 2008
L Jesse Carlson 2008
L Tony Castillo 1993 lefty specialist
L Bob McDonald 1991 reverse platoon, 1992, lefty killer.
L Jerry Garvin 1980

SP
R Juan Guzman 1991 or 1992, or 1993 or 1996
R Hentgen 1996
R Marco Estrada 2015
L Ricky Romero 2011, then 2010 in order
R Shaun Marcum 2010, 2008
R Roy Halladay - a year that doesn't give up so many hits. 2008, 2009, 2002
R Dave Stieb - one of the 1988-1990 seasons, though I can live without another of his seasons. his 1984 2nd best is also missing.
L John Cerutti 1989, 1988 better swing-man option
2015/16 options like Sanchez, Happ, and 2014 Stroman also seem good
R Jim Clancy 1987, 1982

2B/SS options
S Roberto Alomar 1993
S Damaso Garcia 1982
R Aaron Hill 2009 power option or even 2007
R John McDonald - fan favourite UT player 2010, 2009, 2007 in order of preference.
R Marco Scutaro 2008 UT option 2009 SS alternative
S Orlando Hudson 2004, 2005 defense option
R Alex S Gonzalez 2001, 2000
S Manny Lee 1988 2b(ss), 1992 SS (cheap defense?)
S Alfredo Griffin 1979 SS

1b/DH
R Edwin Encarnacion-Any season from 2012-2016 for a RH option at 1b
L Fred McGriff - Any season from 1988-1990
L Adam Lind -2009 or 2014

Two suggestions for the Blue Jays (though Lexomatic has just about covered them all):

1/ Dave Stieb. 1984 season. In terms of WAR, his best season. League leader in innings, fewest hits/9inn, era+ (146), his highest career so/9inn. http://365.strat-o-matic.com/player/841585/1680/1/80

2/ Jeff Burroughs. 1985 season. I know, a bit out of the blue, but I always liked Burroughs. Burroughs' last season, his only one with the Jays. Purely a DH (not sure we'd even want him close to the field). 114 ops+, hits lefties extremely well.
