ok, so I tried to complete the survey...

but I was told that my credentials were incorrect when I tried to login - why I need to login to a link presented to my on my team's homepage is mystifying in the first place, but no doubt it is just my stupidity and NOT that a strat interface is confusing.

I know when I've bought credits before, I've had to go back and logout and sign in again for it to take. May be a similar situation
