When will the 20.3 cards be added to the set? any word?

The 20.3 cards will be added along with 20.4 and the 1991 Twins sometime in the 4th quarter, per Strat.

Well if they were voted on several months ago, I bet by 2022 they will be added.

They are scheduled for this quarter. No specific target date yet.

As we are in the last month of the quarter. Any date as to when the adds will take place?

I haven't heard anything back from Strat yet, re a specific target date. Hopefully they will have one soon.
