Because it's the best season of a hall of famer. All such seasons should be in.

I voted for Pie Traynor 1930. Grew up in Pittsburgh as a Pirates fan, and this was Pie's best season. Another reason is the 1930 season was an offensive Mount Everest in the history of baseball, as noted above. When SOM does these cards, they can turn out fairly interesting, if you like offense.

1930 league averages were .292 BA, .352 OBP, .426 SA. Amazing!

Finally, consider my 56 homers, 191 RBIs, .356 BA.

Definitely looks like ballot fatigue may be keeping vote totals down for some worthies toward the bottom of the list.

Gee, you would think with the paucity of useful catchers that Elston Howard, Buck Ewing, and especially platoon-god Duke Sims would be getting more love.

A list of 12 players, depending on value once they are assigned a salary, as long as they don't appear to be overpriced, I would definitely use in the future, because they are useful and most importantly a significant upgrade from what we currently have: Reese, Anderson, Evers, Luque, Traynor, Crawford, Belanger, Hansen, Roberts, Segura, Wagner and Cox.

I think all things considered this will be a nice add. Well get a new card for Koufax , Wagner , Reese , Traynor , Bottomly, all hall of famers , a left handed ss in Crawford and a lot of defense up the middle in the infield. Hopefully we get these cards kinda soon and with the two we’re waiting for I think that this add will go nice with the cards we’re waiting for.

Unless I counted wrong it’s a three way race for the last spot. Terry Moore (45) , Buddy Bell (44)& Carlos Rodon(42)

Reese, Roberts, Bell, Cox, few others but I'll have to see the card/price first
